Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers are entitled to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days from the date they receive the goods, without needing to provide any reason.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear written statement (e.g., via letter, email, or fax). You may use the withdrawal form provided below, though it is not required.

Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs for choosing a delivery method other than our standard one), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are notified of your decision.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period expires.
Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging. Unless the goods were faulty or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made or clearly personalized goods
Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
Audio/video recordings or software unsealed after delivery
Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels and seals intact. We reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded if the goods are returned in a condition that diminishes their value due to use or damage.
